A dream
It has always been my dream to run and own a successful site. In my mind every site that I work on is successful just because it has pages on the internet along with the best layout I can make [at the time.] So I had been around the internet for a while and was added to a site then I quit leaving them to pursue my dream of another site similar with more content, and more interactivity. Thus VGheadquarters was created in December 2004.

 The Site
I began working slowly putting together things writing a few reviews and trying to find staff. But then I forgot, I needed a layout and the start of this wonderful layout began. I worked night after night after night trying to find artwork and trying all different kinds of things, things I had never done. After I got everything I thought I needed I went to work. After about a week what you see today was created. I started to create content but every page having to load with just a different middle got me to thinking that I should use frames, so I had to learn frames and start again (since I don't know PHP as of now and didn't think that I should at the moment, wait till my site got a bit bigger.

The Merge   
At first I wanted VGheadquarters to be a merge some all the biggest sites on the net of all the series we were to cover. Then I decided nah, you know what its going to take a lot of time, and a lot of people to create what we want. So without a name or anything I stopped the merge (Well there wasn't anyone who had replied in the 2 hours after I sent out the letter, so I guess it wasn't really official.

What you see, is what you get!   
Without the help of our wonderful staff we wouldn't be able to do anything (Well I wouldn't be able to do anything) I must say I think we owe it them, they are the men and women that keep this site up-to-date and running smoothly.  So now here you are, I present you VGheadquarters.

Our future   
As it is every webmasters dream for their site to be number one it will be hard for us, we have 15 series. But layouts will change, staff with come and go, new a better features will be added. But our goal still remains to make you happy, make you know what your doing with your games. Eventually when we get all of the games covered we will add more to our monstrous database. And the site will go through changes that are already in a state of planning.
